This program is NOT about cutting carbs or fat and we want you to forget about all of the ideas you have about these sorts of diets. I LOVE carbs, but I love the good carbs that fuel me. I love protein too, and fat! This is about BALANCE. Not picking one over the other. But one thing that a lot of people need to flip is FIBER.

The best place to get your fiber? Not its not muffins, cereal and breads like you may have been programmed to believe as a child. PLANTS! Fruits, veggies, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds are all full of fiber as well as nutrient dense, anti-inflammatory and low in acidity and addictive properties. This is why a plant-powered diet is so powerful for truly creating change in the body in all ways. Eat an abundance of plant foods and fill that plate with lots of veggies and fruit first thing in the morning!
