Nothing helps REvive the soul like being in the state of gratitude. It may seem so simple, but this practice of showing appreciation for the beauty in our lives helps us not only feel great and boost our vibration and state of mind, it also brings in more greatness into your lives. Similarly to our exercise yesterday with showing gratitude towards our food, we now start to extend this outward. I recommend starting a gratitude journal or just grabbing a pen and paper. In the morning, or when you can find a spare few minutes of conscious time alone and in REflection, begin to write down things you are grateful for. As an example, when I wake up in the morning and write my list of things I’m grateful for as I drink some tea or hot lemon water, I write things down like “I am grateful for a great night sleep in a cozy bed. I am grateful for a fresh, new day. I am grateful for my safe home. I am grateful for my family. I am grateful for the heart beat in my chest during each and every moment of my day. I am grateful for my health.” Etc etc etc. It can literally be anything! Sometimes we overlook things like autonomous bodily functions because they aren’t something we have to think of to make happen, but how amazing is it that our body is so complex and intricate at working for us!! Write down 3-5 things every day.
Read your list out loud after you have written them down to really express this gratitude vibrationally with sound. You might take a few moments and reflect on your time during this journey and find the gratitude for all the amazing things your body has done for you over the last 26 days and of course all the amazing things that has done for you during your entire life. Find gratitude for your mind and the strength that has to navigate the ups and downs of life as well as the beauty, creativity, and dreams it conjures. Express gratitude for the soul and your ability to always go within and connect onwards again and again as well as our soul lighting the way to show us our path.
